Project: ’Increased participation of women in politics in North Macedonia’’, funded by the UK Government with the support of British Embassy Skopje

The Municipality of Tetovo and Mayor Bilall Kasami signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy. The cooperation will be based on opportunities for the development of the professional capacities of women who are either engaged in the municipal public administration or municipal councils. It will also focus on projects for the development of youth.
The Municipality of Tetovo has a huge potential to move toward developing trends. This partnership marks a step forward in supporting inclusive growth and local capacity-building. Through joint efforts, concrete initiatives will be implemented to empower women and youth within the community.
