This opportunity was provided to me by the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (ILPP), for which I am very grateful and satisfied. The practical work helped me significantly, as it enabled me to strengthen my knowledge and skills and gain new insights, especially in the legal field.

The trainings organized by ILPP helped me become part of OEMVP, initially through preparing a short CV, professional interview preparation, and receiving guidance on how to successfully handle the first day at work.

Skills such as effective communication, social responsibility, and basic IT skills, gained through trainings organized by ILPP, helped me be better prepared for practical work. Additionally, during the internship, I received continuous support from my mentor, who was engaged by ILPP.

I would like to thank the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy for the opportunity to be part of their training program, where I gained first-hand experience through professionals and learned how to further develop my career. The trainings over the past few days were not only fun and engaging but also very educational. Although I had previous experience in the labor market, I learned about mistakes I had made before, as well as many aspects that are in line with my studies.

I must say that this was an excellent self-development training that helped us prepare a proper CV, apply for jobs, and get ready for professional interviews. This represents the first step that we, as students and young professionals, should take toward building a successful career.

Through the ILPP project, I gained a valuable opportunity for an internship, which was an important step in my professional development. Their continuous support and guidance were of great importance for adjusting to the work environment, acquiring practical skills, and building self-confidence. Thanks to ILPP, today I have a clearer vision for my future in the IT field and greater motivation for further progress.

My experience has been extraordinary, with professional trainers and training sessions that opened new horizons for me. I was impressed by the methods and quality of the training, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with people who share the same views on developments and changes in these issues.

I believe that getting to know the supervisor and the other people who worked there was valuable because I got to learn a lot from them. Additionally, being able to work on and create a website for the first time is very valuable and a significant achievement for me.
