This training is part of the project: "Increased Participation of Women in Politics in North Macedonia," supported by the British Embassy in North Macedonia and implemented by the Institute for Leadership and Public Policy.

Women who are part of the municipal councils and administration from the Municipality of Gostivar and the Municipality of Vrapcishte successfully completed the training organized by ILPP within the project "Increased Participation of Women in Politics in North Macedonia."

Throughout the training sessions, participants gained knowledge related to the topics of good governance, accountability, activism, leadership, and public speaking. The sessions were interactive and allowed participants to reflect on real-life challenges they face in their roles.

This experience contributed to building both their confidence and practical understanding of effective political engagement.
