Mental health care during the pandemic
Combating the challenges during the pandemic is a priority for everyone, especially young people!
We set out to create a multidimensional project—one that would take into account the many different aspects of youth growth and development. Our goal was not only to engage and inspire young people, but also to support them in meaningful, practical ways as they navigate the complexities of today’s world.
The pandemic has affected us all in countless ways, but one of the most pressing and often overlooked impacts has been on mental health. Young people, in particular, have faced sudden changes, uncertainty, and emotional challenges that can be difficult to manage without the right support.
Recognizing the importance of this issue, we partnered with a group of mental health experts to create content specifically designed to help young people care for their emotional well-being. As a result, we produced four informative and thoughtful videos, each offering professional guidance, simple strategies, and helpful advice on how to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm during these trying times.
