We provide nutrition and fitness advice to help you stay fit and healthy while you’re at home!

This is just one more of many activities we have organized to help young people stay healthy and fit during these difficult and challenging times. Maintaining physical and mental well-being has been a key focus throughout the project, especially given the limitations and restrictions that the pandemic has imposed on everyday life.

To support this goal, we have brought in experts to share their knowledge and guidance with our community. Our nutritionist, Metin Dalip, offers valuable advice on how young people can pay attention to their dietary choices. He explains which foods are most beneficial to consume in order to strengthen the immune system and maintain overall health during this period. At the same time, our fitness trainer, Labinot Sulejmani, provides practical workout routines that anyone can do safely from home. Labinot has prepared three different sets of exercises designed to help you stay active, build strength, and improve fitness without needing access to a gym or special equipment.
