The main goal of the project is to foster professional development by introducing new approaches in the labor market and building economic independence for young people.

Key activities include research and analysis, internship programs, training courses, mentorship, and public awareness campaigns. These activities aim to achieve the following objectives:

• Introduce a newly designed approach to internships and practical work for young professionals;
• Improve and strengthen the connection between labor supply and demand;
• Provide reliable data on labor market supply and demand in the Polog Region;
• Establish a system for continuous professional development and soft skills training for the target group;
• Create a positive and hopeful environment through changed behaviors of employers and jobseekers;
• Address the challenge of skilled youth emigration; and
• Encourage and motivate young people to acquire professional knowledge beyond formal education before entering the labor market.
