Research Results & Data Overview

In response to the question “Would you move abroad for work?”, as many as 70% of respondents expressed a willingness to leave the country. This information highlights two key points: the ambition for better prospects and dissatisfaction with the current living and working conditions in the country. This trend signals a potential brain drain if measures are not taken to improve the economic and social factors that motivate young people to seek opportunities beyond national borders. The remaining 30% of respondents expressed an unwillingness to move abroad, which indicates a certain level of confidence in local opportunities, as well as potential that should be utilized.
