Call for Mentorship Trainers

The Institute for Leadership and Public Policy (ILPP) is looking for experienced trainers to deliver a six-day Training for mentorship, within the framework of the NextGen Career Up project, supported by Embassy of the Netherlands in North Macedonia

Location: Tetovo

Period: March 2026 (6 training days)

Who are we looking for? Professionals with experience in: mentorship and coaching career development and employability leadership and soft skills youth empowerment and education

Experience in training mentors or trainers is a strong advantage Fluency in Albanian and Macedonian is strongly preferred

Ability to deliver interactive and practice-oriented training sessions

Target group: Future mentors working with young people
